GameBet respects the intellectual property rights of copyright owners, developers, publishers, content creators, and other rights holders. We aim to respond appropriately to valid reports of copyright infringement. If you believe that copyrighted material available on or linked through GameBet has been used without authorization, you may submit a copyright takedown request using the procedure described below. This policy provides a copyright notice-and-takedown process. It does not represent that GameBet owns, develops, or officially distributes every application, image, logo, screenshot, or service discussed on the website.
Use of Third-Party Material
GameBet may use application names, logos, screenshots, images, descriptions, and other third-party material for purposes such as:
- Identification
- Review and commentary
- News reporting
- Comparison
- Education
- User guidance
- Reporting security or compatibility information
All trademarks, logos, application names, copyrighted works, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
The appearance of third-party material on GameBet does not necessarily imply ownership, sponsorship, partnership, authorization, or endorsement.
Submitting a Copyright Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that material available on GameBet infringes your copyright, send a written notice to:
Email: contact@gamebet.com.pk
Subject: Copyright Takedown Notice
Your notice should contain the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If your complaint concerns multiple works, you may provide a representative list.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough information for us to locate it. Please provide the exact GameBet page URL and clearly identify the image, text, file, link, or other material concerned.
- Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Incomplete notices may delay our review. We may contact you to request additional information required to understand or process your complaint.
Evidence Supporting Your Claim
To help us investigate the complaint, you should also provide, where available:
- A link to the original copyrighted work
- Copyright registration information
- Publication dates
- Ownership documents
- Screenshots showing the alleged infringement
- An explanation of why the use is unauthorized
- Evidence that you are authorized to represent the rights holder
Providing false or misleading ownership information may result in rejection of the request.
What Happens After a Notice Is Received
After receiving a sufficiently complete copyright complaint, GameBet may:
- Review the reported material
- Request additional information
- Remove or disable access to the material
- Remove or update an external link
- Notify the person who submitted or supplied the material
- Provide the affected party with information about the complaint
- Reject notices that appear incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or unrelated to copyright
Removal of content does not constitute an admission that infringement occurred.
GameBet reserves the right to take any action considered reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users, and legitimate rights holders.
Material Hosted by Third Parties
GameBet may link to third-party websites, application stores, APK providers, developers, advertisers, or other external services.
We do not control material hosted entirely on an external platform. If the allegedly infringing material is located on a third-party website, you should also send your complaint directly to that website, hosting provider, application developer, or platform operator.
Where appropriate, GameBet may review and remove a link to third-party material, but we cannot delete content from servers or services that we do not operate.
Counter-Notification
If material you provided was removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to:
Email: contact@gamebet.com.pk
Subject: Copyright Counter-Notification
Your counter-notification should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
- Where applicable, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States Federal District Court or another court of competent jurisdiction.
- A statement that you agree to accept service of legal process from the person who submitted the original complaint or their authorized representative.
We may forward the counter-notification and the contact information it contains to the original complainant.
The official U.S. Copyright Office describes these signature, identification, good-faith, contact and jurisdiction requirements for counter-notifications.
Possible Restoration of Material
Where the DMCA procedure applies, GameBet may restore removed material no earlier than 10 and no later than 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notification, unless the original complainant informs us that legal proceedings have been filed to prevent restoration.
GameBet may decide not to restore material where:
- The material violates another website policy
- The material presents a security risk
- Ownership remains unclear
- The material is unlawful for another reason
- A court order or legal restriction applies
The U.S. Copyright Office identifies the 10-to-14-business-day restoration period as part of the applicable counter-notice procedure.
Repeat Infringement
GameBet may restrict, suspend, or permanently block contributors, users, advertisers, or partners who repeatedly submit infringing material.
We may consider the nature of the complaints, the number of valid notices received, counter-notifications, court decisions, and other relevant circumstances when determining whether repeated infringement has occurred.
False or Abusive Complaints
Do not submit a copyright notice simply because:
- You dislike a review or opinion
- Information is critical of an application or service
- Your trademark or brand name has been mentioned
- You disagree with factual reporting
- You want negative content removed
- You do not own the copyrighted material concerned
Copyright complaints should only be submitted by the copyright owner or a person genuinely authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
A person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a takedown notice or counter-notification may be responsible for resulting damages where applicable under law.
Privacy of Copyright Complaints
Information submitted in a copyright complaint or counter-notification may be:
- Shared with the person who supplied the disputed material
- Shared with the original complainant
- Shared with our hosting, legal, security, or technical providers
- Disclosed where required by a valid legal process
- Retained as part of our compliance records
Do not include passwords, OTP codes, wallet PINs, banking credentials, or unrelated identification documents in your complaint.
